I'm glad you're here. I know what it can feel like when you've done the therapy and read all the self-help books, but still not know why you still feel low + anxious. I have created a bank of tools proven to support your mental health.
Those things you desire and crave are not out of reach but before you can go out there and grab them with both hands, you must have the foundations in place. So, that's where we start and once you've got these in place, there will be no stopping you.
So, How Does It Work?
We get to know each other in an intro call, talk through your personal challenges and map out the support I can provide over a minimum of three months working together.
We start with basics so you are in a calm and rested state to make the right choices and choices that feel good for you (yes, this is where you'll work the nervous system magic - goodbye fear-based living). This is all about creating a life that FEELS GOOD. Imagine waking up in the morning and thinking, "I am right where I need to be in this life and I feel excited about what the future holds".
We put everything into practice. As part of my coaching package, you'll have support from me in between sessions so when you're going on that date, speaking up for yourself in a meeting or going for that promotion - I will be there to support you with all the techniques we have worked through together. Trust me when I say, there will be no stopping you.
As we move through the sessions it will become apparent that other areas of your life begin to transform. Usually 'the reason' you seek this kind of support is only touching the surface. The more you start to realise that anything is possible, the more open you'll become to creating a life beyond your wildest dreams.

My work is very different from a life coach. I focus on helping you to feel safe and grounded in your day-to-day life before we move forward. These foundations are often missed. I share techniques focused specifically on the nervous system so you can move from fight-or-flight to a more rational state. I use coaching techniques so you can move forward but good mental health is always the focus.
I work with you for a minimum of three months to give enough time for integration. These sessions are set out to create real change in your life. Some clients get what they need from three months, others continue for a bit longer but my aim is to give you the tools so you don't need to continue with this support long term.
I am not a therapist. I focus purely on the present moment and how this can support you in the future. Awareness of the past is always helpful so you know the root cause but we certainly will not be focusing on this in the sessions. The nervous system practices I will share with you are therapeutic practices, and I follow professional guidance to ensure my sessions are right for you. I will always signpost you for alternative support/services if I do not feel it is right for you. I have mentoring, supervision and insurance in place so you are in safe hands.

Every session will start with a check-in and there will be a focus based on your needs. The sessions include both coaching and tools/techniques to support your mental health, mindset and emotional wellbeing. After each session, you will receive notes and areas to focus on so you can bring what we work on to life. Integration is key in this work. My priority is always to make you feel safe and comfortable. Yes, you will be challenged and learn how to push yourself out of your comfort zone but you will have fun along the way too.
It depends on the number of sessions and there are different options and payment plans. A big part of committing to yourself is investing in ways you might not have done beforehand. The work we do together is long-lasting and should definitely be seen as a life-long investment. I only work with clients who choose to invest as this is where the transformation happens. My clients often tell me "I wish I'd done this sooner!"
